       世界传统医学能够促进世界人民更加健康。传统医学应是保障世界人民健康的主要医学体系，它能预防疾病和治疗疾病，更没有副作用，不会对人体产生伤害和药物残留，是医学的魁宝，是人类的魁宝，应当勇于发扬，我们山东潍坊吉缘堂抗衰老中医药研究所（简称：吉缘堂），认真研究传统医学，认真更好的进行临床研究和临床使用，认真运用传统中医药对脑萎缩、阿尔茨海默病（老年痴呆症）等脑科疾病的临床验证，达到了控制和治愈的效果，突破了以往医学界普遍认为脑萎缩和阿尔茨海默病不能治愈的观点.

World traditional medicine can improve people’s health all over the world. The traditional medicine should be the main medical system to protect global health. It can  prevent and treat the disease without side-effect, body harm and drug residue.Traditional Medicine, as the treasure of medicine and mankind, should be carried forward for better clinical research and clinical application. We Shandong Weifang Jiyuan Tang Anti-aging Institute of Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as: Ji YuanTang), carefully study  traditional medicine and apply the traditional Chinese medicine on clinical verification of brain diseases such as brain atrophy, Alzheimer's disease (Senile Dementia) etc. to achieve control and cure, which is a breakthrough against previous general viewpoint that brain atrophy and Alzheimer's disease cannot be cured.

       分以下三个方面简单介绍：

Next I will give a brief introduction in following three aspects:

       一、中国传统医学是突破医学难题的良好基础

Chinese traditional medicine is a good foundation to conquer medical challenge.

       中国传统医学充满着古代智慧和哲学思辨，为突破医学难题打下了良好基础。中国传统医学的理论运用是将人体进行全面的分析，找出人体的疾病根源，分析人体的状况,进行用传统医药治疗，达到祛除疾病的目的。

       贾学铭教授1969年开始学习中医药。1977年就对脑血管疾病潜心研究，已经用传统中医药理论对脑血管疾病的临床治疗有30多年的研究。

Chinese traditional medicine is full of ancient wisdom and philosophical speculation and lay a good foundation to overcome medical problems. The theory of Chinese traditional medicine is to make a comprehensive analysis of the human body, to identify the disease cause, to analyze the status of the human body and treat with traditional medicine, finally achieving the purpose of removing the disease.

Professor Jia Xueming began to learn Chinese medicine in 1969 and has been focusing on the study of cerebral vascular disease since 1977, applying traditional Chinese medicine theory on clinical treatment of cerebral vascular diseases for more than 30 years.

       二、临床治疗效果验证 Verification of Clinical therapeutic effect

       使用纯传统医药在临床治疗研究中对脑科疾病的观察，介绍脑萎缩、阿尔茨海默病（老年痴呆症）、脑梗死的临床验证。

The observation of applying pure traditional Chinese medicine on brain disease in clinical research.

The introduction to clinical verification of brain atrophy, Alzheimer's disease (senile dementia) and cerebral infarction.

       典型病例一：大脑萎缩  Typical Case I: brain atrophy

       庄XX，女，67岁，2013年5月2日就诊。

       患者头晕不适20年，记忆力减退等，就诊前两个多月出现阵发性右侧上下肢活动不灵便，行走时经常摔倒，五天前走路时突然摔倒，右侧肢体活动不利渐渐加重，出现行走时不由自主步伐渐渐加快现象，说话不流利，失眠、饮食一般，大小便正常。舌质紫少苔，脉弦滑。做CT等检查诊为：1、脑萎缩。2、脑梗塞。3。帕金森病（初发期）。人民医院建议住院治疗，患者要求中医治疗，接诊后对该患者完全用中药治疗，不用其他任何西药和针剂，服中药第二天患者感觉身体明显舒适，第三天病情开始好转，第十天头晕消失，思维反应及记忆明显增强，行走明显灵活有力，仍有行走越走越快的现象，继续服中药胶囊治疗，第三十天头脑感觉思维快、记忆力增强，右手握力基本正常，语言不清楚消失，治疗第四十余天头晕消失，第五十六天，记忆力和思维反应都正常，语言流畅，右手握拳拿物正常，右下肢行走正常，行走时越走越快现象消失，自己生活及做家务等活动均正常，睡眠等正常。至2013年7月8日是治疗的第56天，做CT复查显示：大脑有了明显恢复和增长，疗效非常明显清楚。治疗结果：患者症状全部消失，为治愈。3年后进行随访非常健康。

Mrs. Zhuang ,67 years old. First visit on May 2, 2013

This patient has been dizzy and discomfort for 20 years with hypomnesis etc. Before seeing a doctor, the patient began showing paroxysmal right upper and lower limb not working and frequent tumbe. Five days ago, she fell down suddenly and exacerbate the discomfort on right limb exercise gradually, with symptom of walking faster and faster, speaking disfluency, insomnia, poor diet and normal defecation. The patient had a purple tongue with less coating and thready and slippery pulse. The CT examination showed: 1, brain atrophy. 2, cerebral infarction. 3. Parkinson's disease (incipient stage). The People's Hospital recommended hospitalization, but the patient requested for treatment of Chinese medicine. We treated this patient totally with traditional Chinese medicine and without any Western medicine or injection. On the second day of taking Chinese medicine, the patient felt comfortable obviously. On the third day the patient’s symptoms improved. And on the tenth day, dizziness disappeared, thinking reaction and memory were enhanced,and walked with more flexibility and strength, but still keep walking faster and faster. The patient continued to take traditional Chinese medicine capsule. On the thirtieth day, the patient felt thinking fast, memory enhanced, gripping strength of right hand is basically normal, and the Enunciation unclear disappeared. On the 40th day, dizziness disappeared. On the fifty-sixth day, memory and thinking reaction are normal, speaking fluency, right hand is normal to hold and make a fist, right lower limb walking normally, the symptom of walking faster and faster disappeared. Patient could live and do housework normally and sleep well. On the fifty-sixth day of treatment, July 8^th, 2013, CT showed: the brain has an apparent recovery and rehabilitation, the curative efficacy is very obvious. Therapeutic outcome: all symptoms disappeared and patient was cured. And the patient is very healthy during the follow-up three years later.

庄XX,2013年5月2日初诊，经治疗56天后，于2013年7月8日再做“CT”检查显示脑萎缩有明显改善情况，临床症状全部消失，治疗结果为治愈。

Ms. Zhuang, first visited on May 2, 2013. After 56 days treatment, "CT" examination showed on July 8, 2013 that brain atrophy improved a lot and all clinical symptoms disappeared. Therapeutic outcome: Cured.

       典型病例二：小脑萎缩 Typical case II: Cerebellar Atrophy

       孙先生 , 男，69岁，患小脑萎缩20余年。于2014年9月23日初诊，即到脑科医院做核磁共振（MRI）影像片检查显示（指小脑部位内容）：“幕下小脑、脑干亦萎缩明显”。治疗处理：给以纯中药配制胶囊口服，不使用其他任何药物等方法，经治疗2个月后，于2014年11月29日到脑科医院再做核磁共振（MRI）进行复查，核磁共振（MRI）显示（指小脑部位内容）：“幕下小脑未见异常信号”。经过治疗前后的核磁共振（MR）影像对比显示，纯中药治疗小脑萎缩是有明显的有效变化。患者症状消失，指鼻试验等活动均正常。

       该患者同时患有多发性脑梗塞，在初诊2014年9月23日拍核磁共振（与小脑萎缩同一个片）拍片还显示有多发性脑梗塞，在治疗小脑萎缩的同时，即两个月后，第二次2014年11月29日拍核磁共振检查显示：多发性脑梗塞消失。这也证明了纯中药治愈多发性脑梗塞的作用也是非常有效的。

       通过我们治疗的小脑萎缩典型病例，就可以再次证明，小脑萎缩是能够治愈的。

Mr. Sun, 69 years old, has been suffering from cerebellar atrophy for more than 20 years. Mr. Sun first visited on September 23, 2014 and Magnetic Resonance Imaging showed that (referring to the cerebellum part): "The cerebellum and the brain stem atrophy significantly".

Treatment: Taking pure Chinese medicine capsule without any other drugs or methods. After 2 months’ treatment, Magnetic Resonance Imaging showed on November 29, 2014 (referring to the cerebellum part): "subtentorial cerebellar shows no abnormal signal.The two MR images comparison showed that the effect on pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment on cerebellar atrophy is significant. Patient’s symptoms disappeared and the finger-to-nose test was normal.

This patient also suffer from multiple cerebral infarction, which was shown on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (same image as cerebellar atrophy). At the same time of treatment on cerebellar atrophy(after two months), the second MRI on November 29, 2014 showed that multiple cerebral infarction disappeared. In the meanwhile, this proved that the pure Chinese medicine is effective on multiple cerebral infarction treatment.

Through our typical cases of treating cerebellar atrophy, it further proves that the cerebellar atrophy is able to be cured.

       典型病例三：桥脑亚急性脑梗死 Typical Case III: Subacute Pontine Infarction

       王XX 女 68岁 2014年3月27日就诊。患者有高血压20多年，经常头晕、肢体麻木等，来诊时的早上突然出现语言不清，行走活动困难向左侧偏行等，先给以服中药后，立即到医院做核磁共振检查后显示：桥脑亚急性脑梗死。继续用纯中药治疗病情渐好转，治疗二个月后症状全部消失，MR复查：桥脑梗死全部消除，为治愈，现治愈后已2年多，没发现任何后遗症，身体状况良好。

Ms. Wang, 68 years old, first visited on March 27, 2014.

The patient had suffered hypertension for more than 20 years with symptoms of frequent dizziness and limb numbness etc. When the patient visited us in the morning,she suddenly couldn’t speak clearly, and the walking activity is difficult to the left side and so on. After taking Chinese medicine,the patient was immediately sent to the hospital and examined by Magnetic Resonance Imaging, which showed Subacute Pontine Infarction.The patient continued to take pure Chinese medicine and condition was better. After two months’ treatment, all symptoms disappeared. MR review showed: the Pontine Infarction was all eliminated and cured. It has been cured for more than 2 years, the patient is in good condition without any sequela.

       典型病例四： 阿尔茨海默病（AD）（老年痴呆症）Typical Case IV: Alzheimer disease(AD)(Senile Dementia)

       李XX，男，62岁，1996年12月21日初诊。

       患者儿子述：有三年多出现不爱说话，面无表情，忘事，从家外出后不能自己回家，睡眠较少，近3个月明显加重，忘事，外出时家人必须近距离看护，对他人没有表情，小便有时失禁。经过多处诊治无好转。来诊后见患者面无表情，双目呆视，不爱说话等，舌体胖质淡苔微黄，脉弦细无力。诊断为：痴呆症。治疗以调理心、肝、肾为主。用中药治疗，给服中药七天后开始好转，说话逐渐增多，30天后记忆基本正常，两个月后症状消失，继续治疗一个月，共治疗三个月症状全部消失。一年后随访，患者记忆、劳动、与家人交流等一切正常，为治愈。于2014年4月13日再随访，患者已经80岁了，治愈十八年从未复发，身体非常健康。

Mr.Li, 62 years old. First visit the doctor on December 21. 1996.

The description from the patient’s son: My father had spoken less for over three years and was expressionless and forgetful. He couldn’t return home after going out and slept less. During recent 3 months, these symptoms were significantly exacerbated: he forgot things, had to be nursed by family, had no expression to others, sometimes Urinary incontinence. There was no effect on other diagnosis and treatment.

During first visit, the patient was expressionless with dull look and talk less etc.He had a fat tongue with light yellow coating and small wiry weak pulse.

Diagnosed as:Alzheimer's disease (AD). The treatment focused on nursing heart, liver, kidney function with traditional Chinese medicine. After seven days of taking Chinese medicine, the patient got better and spoke more gradually. After 30 days, the memory is basically normal. Two months later, the symptoms disappeared. We continued treatment for a month and treat for three months in total, all symptoms disappeared. During the follow-up one year later, the patient’s memory, labor, and family communication is normal. Therapeutic outcome: Cured. During the follow-up on April 13, 2014.The patient is already 80 years old , very healthy, and never relapse after 18 years cure.

Chinese traditional medicine,as the outstanding representative of traditional medicine originating from Chinese Culture, is not only a treasure of Chinese, but also a worldwide precious wealth.
